Jiu-Jitsu in Southlake, Texas
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for adults, kids and first-time students in Southlake. A school where practical skills, personal progress and a welcoming community come together.
Our story
A local school.
A shared purpose.
In September 2022, 413 Jiu-Jitsu introduced itself to the Southlake community as a new school for adults and children. The invitation was simple: learn self-defense, get active and enjoy training together.
Owned by Professor Pedro Rocha, the school is located at 1125 Davis Boulevard, Suite 300, in Southlake, Texas. Martial arts, education and coaching shape its approach, with practical skills and personal goals at the center of the experience.
Since opening, the school has described its purpose as helping people grow through martial arts in a welcoming environment for students and families. Today, you can train for fitness, self-defense or the enjoyment of learning. Competition is optional, with room for different starting points and personal progress.
A shared place to train

Adults can join beginner, advanced and all-levels sessions, whether they are discovering Jiu-Jitsu for the first time or continuing their training. The emphasis is on developing skills through practice, with people to learn alongside.
Children train in age-based groups: Little Kids ages 2–4, Kids ages 5–7 and Big Kids ages 8–13. Daytime homeschool classes, including a weekly No-Gi session, give students another way to be part of the school.
Two ways to explore the artGi classes use the traditional uniform. No-Gi training works without it. Both are part of the training offered at 413, with sessions for adults and children.
